Pre-screening

This pre-screen was developed by Rose Milk Collective to promote donor and recipient safety. It’s informed by widely used donor-screening practices from public health and milk-safety standards. A “Yes” answer does not automatically exclude you; it just means we may ask follow-up questions or request documentation/labs. A qualified reviewer will assess your responses individually, and your information is kept confidential and used only for eligibility review.
